A sight for old eyes

Having renovated an old air pistol I replaced the original iron sights with the Hawke red dot. Having zeroed the sight it's absolutely perfect. Both eyes open, place the red dot on the target and that's where the shot lands! My only (little) gripe is that there are no clicks on the adjustment dials so MOA calculations are no help in achieving zero.Read full review

only one rail attachment , sight moves backwards with every shot, and rides up over rear sight, adjustment knobs vary from very loose to tight, no markers on adjustment knobs, very difficult to adjust, too high to co-witness (adjust sights by locating red dot on iron sights position) I have bought another red dot sight that is half the price, and four times better than this one. Does the job

If you are wanting a simple and easy to adjust red dot, then this is for you
I have two of them fitted on my pistols and although they are not parallax free, they are accurate enough for me at short pistol target ranges if you keep the dot in the centre
Nice crisp dot with three brightness levels (I prefer the lowest as it does not "shine" like the other settings)
Can shoot half inch targets at 32 yds if your gun is accurate enough
