Halfords lifter set.
Great kit, and great value for the £40 which I paid, this INCLUDED delivery. However, the floor creeper is totally inadequate, and just not strong enough to hold the weight of a fully grown man, and move across the ground without touching the floor. Nor is it long enough. I consider the creeper a freebie, in what is otherwise a good value lifting kit. All other items seem to be of good quality. I did struggle a little to get the jack under my car to change a flat tyre, due to the height of the jack.
Overall, the kit is great value, and more than adequate for the DIY mechanic. Had the creeper been better built, and a bit larger, then I would have given 5 stars. But because of this, I felt 4 stars was fair.Read full review

The trolley is fine if you're 3 ft tall!. l jacked a Car up with the jack with the chocks under front wheels the jack collapsed to one side and as the car twisted to one side one of the chock just collapsed. The picture of these are very deceiving as to there size and the quality of the materials are flimsy they are not fit for purpose !! Thought they were cheap so tried them. Save money
This was a good item to buy especially at the price of £40. It will more or less pay for itself when it is used the first time and thus save having to go to a tyre centre and for changing tyres. With the ramp and the two sturdy holders it will also make working under the car much more easier. Another money saving helper. Glad I bought this.Read full review

Ok for the price £40
After having a lot of difficulties with the delivery (I think it was DPD who messed up repeatedly not delivering), The package arrived a few days late. The quality is good for the price of 40 quid for what you get... but it is not high quality stuff, you get the trolley (mines came damaged with screws threaded) which is very small and wojld struggle for a large grown man to fit onto.
You get the chocks - seem too small to be effective on anyghing bigger than a shopping trolley wheel, you get the wrench which is of same quality as the free one you get with the car- cheap, you get the jack which is not bad as long as you have not got a large vehicle (definetly not for vans unless you have something smaller than a Berlingo).
Basically a cheap chearful get what you pay for package, it's not worth the £80rrp they claim, I'd price it at £50 for it all, so still a deal at £40.Read full review

All u need to safely jack up and get under your car in comfort and very practical for a good price! U know it’s from Halfords so u have peace of mind. The trolley is great if the floor is wet or dirty and makes getting under the car easy!! I really like the metal blocks to put under the wheels to stop the car rolling and they fold flat for storage and I hang them on a nail and the trolley, the jack is small so none of it takes much room. Impressive value
I initially was attracted by the price, and the fact that in my personal experience, when Halfords put their name to a product, it's generally decent quality.
On receipt of the goods, I was impressed by the general quality. Okay, these products are not hight-end commercial garage items - but that's not to say that in a domestic environment, looked after, these items shouldn't last for many, many years!
I've not actually used these items yet (waiting for better weather) but as an engineer, with 4 vehicles to maintain - I believe from examining each item, that they are very capable of doing the job, more than adequately.
It's rare these days to get something that upon receipt, is actually just as good quality as the product photos and description, for such good value for money! I'm happy, and would recommend.Read full review
