Great all round printer/copy/scanner and good value.

Easy to set up, seems to prefer HP cartridges. Wouldn't use Tesco black cartridge.

Big big disappointments

I received the item and it was giving me an error, I looked online to see how to install it, but I couldn’t, it true I had the wrong inks on the beginning but not even with the right one is not working.... still giving me that error... not good, and the company is useless...not recommended.
