The printer was simple enough to set up easy step by step instructions. Worked perfectly immediately. Print quality good. It scans quite quickly compared to my previous scanner and all the usual options are available. However, I am still having trouble with the scanning to pc controls. Think this is more a software problem with my pc. The printer was in excellent condition and packed really well. I got it mainly to print out my own photographs and despite me having ordered the wrong model am very happy with the photo print quality. Have purchased an extended warranty from HP for a few pounds also. Well worth the money. I am only giving it 4 stars as I have yet to resolve the software issues.Read full review
