Excellent Printer
A great improvement on my previous model. The print quality is far superior and printing on both sides automatically, saves on paper and time.
On the down side, there was far too much information about the ink and not enough about the printer.
Example;- on the diagrammatic page it would be ideal to add a pointer to the paper compartment (cleverly conceal under the output tray at the front) and the on/off switch at the back of the printer. I had to look it up on YouTube.Read full review

HP Instant Ink Plans have changed
The HP printer prints OK, but scanning takes a long time and is not as good as my old printer. The main reason for buying this HP printer was the Instant Ink - free for up to 15 pages per month. Being a light user for printing (less than 15 pages per month), it was ideal for me. However, after buying the printer and installing, I found out that there is now a charge of 99p per month for the 15 pages per month plan. The charge started October 2020 before I bought the printer. Subsequently, I have been informed by HP Support that all the old leaflets in the printer box concerning Instant Ink should have been removed and new leaflets enclosed. My new printer will now costs me an extra £12.00 to run. At least I will not have to buy any ink? Read full review

Had problems setting up. Can only print from one mobile phone as the software is not compatible with one phone, which is not that old.
This restricts from where I can print from. HP should not be forcing people to upgrade their phones to be able to print. This is the biggest negative I've found so far.Read full review
