This product is recommended for our printer. The only time I tried to use a recycled ink pack, I regretted it when the product leaked, so I stick to these original ink packs now. Unreliable.

After printing 15 sheets the printer display indicated that the cartridges need replacing. Although a few more sheets were printed, the display continued to indicate replacement needed. As the printer is in daily use, we replaced the cartridges from a reliable source and have had no problems.
Needless to say I won't buy from this seller again.

True quality

The printer itself is just so easy to use. Changing the ink cart.'s is apiece of cake, pull down the flap, unclip the old and clip in the new, close the flap, job done. In my previous printers i used to install cheap, no- brand ink and the colours were never accurate, but with the genuine ink cartridges, the colour quality is spot on. If you use your printer for serious stuff, then i recommend you go for the genuine ink, a bit more expensive, but worth it.Read full review

OK so far

There is not a lot to say about ink really. Only just started to use this so can't say how good I think it is. First lot that came with new printer, bought last December, lasted 6 months - I don't have a lot of printing to do. I am expecting this to last longer. Original HP quality product. Expensive, but seems to be the only ones that really work with no problems. Have tried other supposedly compatible inks in the past and always had issues printing.

Recommended cartridges

These are not inexpensive cartridges, but they do the job efficiently and seem to last. I have recently printed out over a hundred A4 letters, complete with four colour photographs taken from family holidays/activities, and had to change the ink only once. The printing was clear, whether for the colourful photos or for the (black) paragraphs/explanations. I find the cartridges are easy to replace, too, which is a bonus. Read full review
