Buy cheap buy twice...
Like most things in life if you buy cheap you'll need to replace it again. Thus happened with my not so cheap £17 Halfords foot pump. You think it serves a purpose until you go to use it and it breaks. This pump, while perhaps three or four time the price of others is all metal save for the gauge. The manifold is cast and not made of two bits of plastic that can give way and fail. This really is a decent bit of kit an LG comes in a nice carry case with velcro on the bottom and rear so you can stick it in your boot and it won't roll around (provided you have a carpet lined boot space). I was reluctant initially but I'm glad I paid the extra for this.Read full review

Weak and powerless!
I sent the first pump back because it seemed faulty with no resistance on the pedal when pumping. It's replacement was exactly the same, it took well over 40 pumps of the pedal to add a mere 6psi to my car tyre. The rams on the pump look huge and being German I thought it would be superior to Halfords own brand foot pump, it isn't. The pump is powerless! The only positive is the muscle strength you would build in your legs and the expansion in your lungs pumping up your tyres to 10 bar.Read full review

A good pump.
I have bought pumps before for a cheap price ranging from £8 to £15. So this pump is quite a departure from the norm. To pay £30 for a pump is a lot of money for me. However, the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is very true. This is a 5 star pump. It is wide enough to not fall over when you get tired of pumping, and you will. It is also powerful enough in its operation. There are extra nozzles to pump up footballs, air beds etc. If there is a little problem with it that is its Achilles heel. It has a moulded unit to attach it to the valve which is a double one. When I wanted to pump up the jockey wheels on my caravan I could not get the head of the unit into the tyre. So I bought an extension for me to do it and that solved that problem. All in all I am very pleased with this product. Oh yes I forgot to mention it has a very nice zipped bag to keep it in. You may say that's a bit of an unneeded extra expense but I say it is useful to keep it clean and hold any extra bit like adaptors etc. so I know when I take it anywhere with the car and caravan all the bits are together. Oh yes the dial to read the pressure is large so easy to see I would have liked the Ft lbs in white though so it is easier to see.Read full review

Heyner pedal max pro..double barrel.
Generally excellent quality thro and the from the well made carrying case to the pump which is well engineered.It is sturdy and there is no bending or flex in the pump when in use,also no leakage from the valve attachment. BMW/Mercedes of pumps .VEASY to use ...good excercise and no screaming noise from an electric pump.Great value ..don't buy a cheapy.Read full review

High Quality Foot Pump
I bought this as a replacement for another brand of double barrelled foot pump that had split on the rubber hose section. First impressions have been excellent with this one because of the high air output and seemingly fewer pumps and time needed to inflate a car tyre. Maybe it's with it being brand new but I do believe this one to be a lot quieter than previous ones I have owned over the years suggesting the others may have had a small percentage of air leaking out during use. The build quality is very good and the rubber hose length is quite generous and reaches the valve easily if it's sat up the top of the car's wheel rim. It also comes with a zip up storage case which helps protect the over sized pressure gauge it has.Read full review

German quailty shines through on a footpump
Well having bought a double cylinder Michelin Man foot pump (£15), which broke, and then read its reviews (poor), this is definitely a 5 STAR product on the lines of Snap-On quality. From the delivery, inside 24 hours, to the packaging, the carry bag, to the superior design of the product - it does not disappoint. At £32 you might thing you have gone overboard here, but I am sure you will value this, if you like tools. I can't bring myself to throw the packaging away. Nice graphics. Best Pump I Have Owned.
I took a chance buying this pump as I have owned quite a few other models, and they lasted a while but you could tell the quality was not that good. When I received this I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and smooth action and best of all high air output from the dual cylinders.
Everything feels solid and smooth and to tell the truth I cant fault this foot pump at all.

This is an excellent pump, easy to use and it packs away neatly into its case for storage. Yes the storage clip is a bit of a nuisance but if you fold it under the pump when in use it is fine.

Just wow
What a great product. I have my BMW 330i in my apartment garage so I dont have the possibility to use a air compressor. One wheel had gone from 2.4 bar to 1 bar during 3.5 months so I have probably a small leak in the valve. I did pump from 1 bar to 2.4 bar with EASE (took 2 min).
