I believe this product is necessary to compliment pro-biotics. It’s good to add necessary probiotics to a diet but they work much better when pre-biotics are used too. good for sleep and digestion

this is helpful with sleep and heartburn. I take it late at night with yoghurt to aid digestion overnight and promote good sleep
