This net is a danger to birds

As this garden net was very cheap I wasn't expecting too much from it (an equivalent size in the local garden centre was 3 times the price). But even at that I was disappointed. It is very thin, light plastic and the mesh is far too wide. It must be so thin that birds can't see it as they land on it and get tangled up. Luckily the smaller birds can escape themselves (because of the wide mesh) but I've had to free several pigeons which had become entangled and could only be released by cutting the net from them. I've resorted to using the net folded but that's defeating the purpose of buying a net this size. I would certainly not recommend it.Read full review

short on size

This netting is stated by the manufacturer on the label to be 5m x 4m. It will not cover that are, more like 5m x 3m. Otherwise it's ok.

Poor quality

I suppose you get what you pay for, it’s supposed to be 4m X 5 m, the area I need to cover is only 3.5 X 3.8 but it goes nowhere near covering it.
