After reading all the instructions cleaning the unit and preparing the food it stopped working 1/2 thru the 6min. cooking process.

Been trying to find someway to stop the splatter besides parchment paper is there something made of silicone that i can purchase? Cooked 2 chicken legs and it filled my house with smoke not good.
