A quiet check valve that does the job

I used this as a retrofit to my existing sump pump check valve. It is significantly quieter than a regular check valve - no more 'clunk" when closing. Installation was easy. I did swap out the couplings to match the 1-1/4" PVC pipe - this valve comes with 1-1/2" to 1-1/4" reducers on both sides. I recommend this style valve for a sump that might need to be quieter.Read full review

Klunkless Check Valve

While this check valve was an improvement over a standard check valve it is not klunkless. The noisy klunk was reduced by roughly 30%.
