We had love at first taste when we found this in a vending machine on a train platform in Munich during Oktoberfest many years ago. My brother, his wife & I all thought the Hanuta wafers were wonderful, by far one of the best candy/cookies we'd ever had. The wafers are crisp, the chocolate is good quality & there are lots of hazelnuts. The filling is probably 3 times thicker than the wafers.
We had the whole package gone in a few hours. If you like hazelnuts, these are well worth the wait while they're in transit & the price isn't bad at all. I've ordered more once & plan to do so again this fall.Read full review
