Have only had for two weeks, so have not fully explored its use. One minor point I have is that it is difficult to programme fractions of a minute, eg 2 min 40 seconds, 4 mins 20 secs. Have not used to defrost yet, but this would not be my prime requirement.Read full review

No frills dial-operated microwave, so no fancy presets or touchscreen, but it functions perfectly well. Neat, easy to clean, but occasionally on the small side for some containers (I have to raise them up with a plate underneath because the recess isn't quite low enough) to rotate, but now I know to do that it's not an issue.
