My cat came back from a stay at the vet with a flea or 2. Result, a small flea explosion and I didn't have a lot of flea killer. While I was waiting for new spray to arrive I used bowls of hot water on the floor and a flea trap that I already had. I got over a hundred fleas in the trap, after 3 days, and between 30 and 60, approx, in each of the 3 bowls which I refreshed 2 or 3 times a day.
Since getting the new can of R I P and blasting my carpets I have only found 5 fleas in the trap, after 24 hours, and between 0 and 4 in the bowls in the same time period.
I also cut up a sheet of kitchen roll, sprinkle it on the carpet and blast it with R I P before vacuuming it up to get rid of any little blood suckers lurking amongst the grot in the cylinder.
I will still vacuum every day and give the carpets a quick blast when I go out, but I am delighted with the results, I was getting eaten alive by these horrible little creatures and now I have a fairly peaceful lifeRead full review

I had this a couple of years ago, its brilliant kills all sorts, i sprayed the upstairs of my house one day and the downstairs the next. It will even kill spiders you did not know were there and also flies. Follow the insturctions on the tin, do not breathe the stuff in it is not good for humans or pets.
