Very Flexible

Like other reviews the sides are very flexible and if you load it with heavier material the sieve will drop out. However, if you are prepared to do a little handyman work it becomes a very good value riddle. I took advice from the other reviews and fitted a strap across the bottom, which keeps the sides from flexing. Works really well now and I have used it for sieving pea shingle on my drive and it didn't fall out once.Read full review

I'm very pleased with this purchase! After reading that others have experienced the screens falling out, I made sure to hold it by the sides with the clips that hold the screens in place, pressing together slightly when shaking it, and so far it hasn't fallen out once in use. We had compost spilled onto a gravel surround so I have been using with the coarse screen first to separate the bigger heavier pebbles than put the result through the fine screen to complete. Only really tiny stones got through this second sieving, then I used it to wash the gravel which has come up lovely and clean. It could be that the product has been improved, but if you make sure to engage the screen properly inside the clips, don't overload, and then squeeze the sides together a bit while using, yours will hopefully work as well as mine and produce satisfactory results. This is a very good price for a versatile and effective riddle with good strong screens. Read full review

Good sieve with slight problem

Overall a good product but if you shake to vigorously the grid can fall out
I cured this by drilling a couple of holes on oposite sides and using reuseable cable ties hence four not five stars of course if you don't shake as hard as I do you may not have the problem.Read full review

lightweight with changeable sieves

It's easy to use and change griddle to sieve through larger one and then fine one compost comes out finer than when bought makes most reusable and gets rid of foots etc

Waste of money

I inserted the mesh then put 4 trowels of earth in it then started to shake it from side to side when the mesh fell out. Thinking that i may have inserted it wrongly i studied it carefully then replaced the mesh. I put 1 trowel full of earth in it then as before started to shake it from side to side when the mesh fell out again. At this stage and after a lot of bad language i threw it in the bin. I have bought an all metal heavy duty riddle which works just fine. So if you are reading this save yourself some money and don’t buy this product.Read full review

yes its good. A few screws make it faultless

As a few have mentioned screw the griddles in .
Will take a little time, but it will be worth it just messing around checking it out the griddle fell out. yes I'm ham fisted.

Choose one griddle to screw in and one to tyrap to the other inside the pan or hang on the wall for a different day .
