Healthy, flavorful, and without the high carbohydrates. Cures my hunger into early afternoon. Presumably a higher calorie breakfast (or any meal) is replaced by this product and calorie intake is reduced. I mix Raw Meal with low calorie almond milk, some ice, and occasionally cocoa powder, fresh or frozen fruit, whole coffee beans and other goodies only our daughter buys !! She's the one who introduced me to the product, quite the health addict. So, I'm not gaining weight, but certainly think I would lose weight if used every day. Finding with frequent use, my stomach is less tolerant of LARGER future gastric splurges, therefore I'm inclined to eat less later in the day. Also, I'm hoping this can indirectly help lower blood glucose levels. Maybe this is TMI, but regular use has helped me to be, well, regular. That's just my take on how Raw Meal is helping me.
