Exact location of O rings somewhat vague

Fitting of this tap may be slightly awkward depending on the shape of the particular sink. The plinth section which holds the stepped o ring, and forms a mounting for the base of the unit may require some filing if the sink has a raised up-stand at the rear.
Some plumbers leave off the plinth and mount the base directly to the sink, but of course there is then nowhere to fit the stepped O sealing ring.
Underneath the sink, the circular O ring fits inside the horseshoe-shaped metal part, and forms another seal on the bottom surface. Our particular sink did not have space for the large plastic reinforcing piece, but it's fine without.Read full review

Solid looking chunky modern tap.

Beautiful looking solid tap, great piece of engineering and it looks like it's been built to last. The separate levers each side of the main spout also have a nice smooth 1/4 action movement range.>The tap is pretty chunky and is quite imposing on the work surface but I like that.
