Cannot fault it for operation.
So far and its guaranteed for 2 years it has been very good, in its use my only criticism is it is a little heavy.
My dog pulls like a train when he sees a little bunch of fur running in front of him. But this hold him in check, be it the snatch when taken up can be a shock.
The tape color has to be yellow especially on dark nights as its illuminated.
TO complete a full review i need to re access after about 6 months.

Strong and good value
This was the only retractable lead we could find strong enough for our mastiff. It might not be the right lead for when she’s fully grown but it’s made walks far more enjoyable whilst we have to maintain social distancing. The bright colour means it’s easily visible and the clip is very sturdy. If she’s running around then I use her halti so it doesn’t suddenly pull on her neck but generally we just use with her collar.Read full review

A strong lead
This lead is brilliant, strong, long and easy to retract. Good for places you want to let your dog roam further but still on the lead. Use it on my Rhodesian Ridgeback.
