High quality product - it does what it promises with little effort.

Just follow the instructions on the side of the tube and it works as described. A small 3mm masonry bit is big enough. Make sure you put your finger over the outlet when moving between holes though. Its easy to clean up with water and a sponge. Within 24 hrs the 'drumminess' has gone, if not drill more holes and continue to inject. "Fix-A-Floor" is a lower cost alternative

"Fix-A-Floor" is good value at $9.50 with local pickup but expensive at $20+. Have use 47 cartridges to date and is easy to apply and have achieve a 90% success rate. Leave for 2-3 days with weights on before moving to next section. The biggest problem was rounding up enough buckets and weights. The std 3mm tungston-carbide drills work very well on the grout but am yet to use them on the actual tiles to rectify hollows in the centre of some tiles. Using this product is a lower cost alternative to relaying the tiles and in my case installing a new kitchen.

I was very pleased with the producit it worked really well, the only caution I would say is that
although it takes a reasonable amount of pressure to disperse the fix-a-floor under the tile
be careful not to squeeze to hard , just slow and gently does the trick otherwise the plunger in the tube fail and glue gets back past it.Read full review

Do not waste your time

It might work in some specific situations - but it did not do anything for my issue. It's just a glorified PVA glue and it costs 6 times more than in USA

Fix "crunchy" floor tiles

This product solved a long term problem we had been avoiding, thinking the solution involved expense and risk of damage to tiles we could not easily replace. There was no obvious movement with our tiles, just a "crunching" noise. "Fix-A-Floor" did the trick as it filled the small voids under the tiles and it is so much simpler than lifting tiles. Plenty of YouTube tutorials for the non-handy person.

Does not work as described

This product did not work as described.
When I drilled through the grout, it does not leave a clear path to the void in the tile because the grout when press between the tiles goes under the each side of the tile a bit and the bit under cannot easily be removed. So it is impossible to squirt the Fix-a-Floor under the tile and into the void.Read full review
