I wa's not able to set this up. I researched on the Internet and found that many others were havin trouble wit it too. I tried the various solutions that had been tried and worked for some of them, but they did not work for me. Upgraded from charge 2

Very pleased with my charge which I have worn for some time. A few months ago noticed it was showing an significant increase in my heart rate. A check with my doctor confirmed the data was correct and a mild condition was diagnosed which responded to medication. This would not have been detected until it developed more serious. As a result and my charge 2 getting on a bit decided to upgrade to charge 4. I am very pleased with the additional functions and feel confident the data is accurate.Read full review

Nice piece of kit

The fitbit charge 4 is great, but there is one that is not, the heart rate does not work on tattooed skin, so beware if you have tattoos where the fitbit goes.

Fitbit replacement part… not wrist strap.

It was time consuming to find the actual part needed to repair my Fitbit. Lots of replacement parts looked like they were what I needed but unfortunately they weren’t. I purchased several parts which were not suitable.
I found the correct part eventually but it was Very fiddly to put together. Two tiny screws and a tiny spring. Would have preferred if it came already assembled.
