this will be the third one I have ordered yes they are good, the reason for three is that you can always have a spare while you clean one out I find if you place a used one in warm soapy water you can leave it to dry naturally, another tip is to use cotton buds to clean the parts, this multi slim holder is great for roll ups, no more yellow fingers I would definitely recommend these. I have bought many of these over the years in different colours, my favourite is the one with the gold at the end.
I'm a COPD sufferer and although I shouldn't be smoking, I know the risks and try to ensure that I smoke as responsibly as possible!! The reason I choose to use the Friend multi-slim holder is that I can actually see the filter changing from clear to black with tar. This does actually put me off smoking too heavily and I try to make sure that I only have to change the filter once a day..... Example being between 15-20 rollies a day.
