Did not work at all for me, and is qiute expensive.

I bought several boxes over a few months, having been recommended by my gyne because the head of the dept is involved in the company. I assume therefore it must be working for some women.
I was having a bad menopause and trouble with HRT as I am very sensitive to progesterone.
I gave it time- about 3 months- but at £30 a month it needed to work. It didn't. I had zero relief from my menopause symptoms, particularly hot flushes, which were as bad as when menopause started 12 years earlier.
