Has stopped my severe cramp

I have magnesium for severe cramp. I was recommended the oil one day when I couldn't drive because cramp was so bad and it did the trick, so I thought that I don't want something that's gonna help as a quick fix, I actually want something daily to prevent it from occurring in the first place.
