We live in a Lyme Disease tick area, so I have used this on my cats for years now. Once, some years back, I was neglectful and forgot a monthly application, and one of my cats got Lyme's Disease. Fortunately, having had it my self, I knew how to treat her, and she recovered. But I learned my lesson and have diligently applied it on the first of every month, and we have remained disease-free ever since. That was frightening enough to keep me from screwing up again, and I'm glad to report that I have found Frontline Plus continues to work very well in killing any ticks that attach to the cats, clearly before the ticks can transfer any disease. In addition, I buy the large dog size tubes and then use a syringe to measure out the right amount for each cat, applying it to their scruff area using the syringe. Still has Fleas

I have used this product about 8 years ago and it worked really good. This time, not so much. My dog still has fleas. I bathed him before then after he dried applied the frontline. He is acting like they didn't kill any of them. So.... I wish I would of bought something else. After looking up the website, it says that the fleas should be gone within 24 hours. The safest best flea remover you can buy!

Always look up the flea and tick product you purchase for your pet! I bought a VERY expensive flea and tick remover at Petsmart and it made my rottweiler extremely sick! I looked it up and found out it was very common with this product and was even known to kill cats, so always do your research!
Frontline is the absolute best kind you can get! Make sure the dates are good, if it's not listed, ask. As soon as we put it on our Rottweiler, my husband found 2 fleas, and we hadn't seen one before, so I know it started working immediately. The best flea relief there is for dogs from big to small

my vet also agrees its basically the same as the frontline for cats. I compared and there is slightly less of the egg killer ingredient is all but are the same ingredients. you cant use this large a dose on any cat of coarse it has to be emptied into a small storage bottle and syringed out for the cat. only use a half a ml per 10 lbs of cat. and of coarse it works great on dogs.Read full review

Flea & Tick preventative

I've used this for years. The newer products on the market have to be applied along the entire back of the dog, which doesn't work for me. My vet recommends Vectra 3d, but this one works for my dog, as it is still applied the old way and so she gets some protection.

Works great for small dogs

This product works great for my dog for about 3 weeks after the dose and he is only a 9 pound chihuahu. If you have a heavier/bigger dog i would strongly reccomend buying the next weight level up for your dog. Even if your dog doesn't weigh as high as the product reccomends.Read full review

Don't waste your time and money

I question if it was the real product. Didn't see it work on my dog at all! I usually buy it locally and have used the brand for 7 years. I really believe it was water or oil.
