An effective method for my form of snoring

Anti snoring device

Four pack is a bit misleading because you just get one
There are a couple of plastic pips where it grips the nostrils which are very painful and uncomfortable,I cannot use it.

Anti snoring nose clips

These might work for some people, but they did not work for me.
I do think if they were a smidge longer and the ball on the ends a little bigger it might be better. Comfy to wear though .

Magnets work

I bought these to try as my original ones I used the blue silicon use to fall out during sleep. The magnets in these stop that from happening.
