I only put on 1/2 of the length of the pole , from one end to the middle where the join is (no point putting on the other side where it’s smooth) and works really well and smooth, no more tagging .

Great tape but not cheap

Bought an "expandable" curtain pole for my daughter's bedroom but the 2 "bumps" were awful meaning she couldn't pull her curtains. The tape really made a difference. It is rather expensive for what it is though.Read full review
