Really happy so far. No issues. Great deal, and even though its refurbished, they did a great job, down to the cleaning. Just a note, this was manufacture refurbished, which is important. I have never brought a manufacture refurbished product and had issues, so far. As long as its refurbished by the company that made it, you should be good to go. Just OK

For the $44 I paid, this works OK. It takes a long time to heat the water for steam and them runs out of steam quickly. I am also experiencing leaking at the bottom of the plastic extension where the steam comes out, If I tilt it up about 1/4 cup of water pours out making more of a mess to clean up. I did use this to clean the front of my cabinets and it did do a good job (steam and wipe with a clean cloth) I have not used any of the attachments yet so I cannot speak to how they work. It's cord is too short so I would recommend using an extension if you plan on moving throughout your home. Over all a B- from me. and that is because of the price. Fits my needs.

I bought this unit to clean the heavily stained grout of a home I recently purchased. There was a short learning curve at what speed to proceed to make the grout clean, but once I got that down, the grout now looks new.

The unit itself has given me no problems, and actually appeared NEW, though, it was listed as refurbished.

Steamer Quality great

This is one of the best steamers I have used. It's light weight and the bigger of the two smaller brush is awesome. I own a car detailing business and works great on these newer dealership cars I do and customer stuff. Comes with the attachment that you can use to get in the cracks, vents, doors panels and etc..... plastic stuff in car. The only issue I have had is the caps. You can't over tighten it but that was my fault. Other steamer lids fit. Also if they could make hose longer lol!!!! I would definitely recommend the EWBANK SC1000.
