I am taking this with B12, Vit C, Flaxeed oil and zinc. I’m not sure how good it works as a standalone product but this combination works really well. I’m finding I’m able to focus for longer periods, I’m not getting tired and needing afternoon power naps and can keep up with the demands of work and college.
