Plumber's Mate
As with all big names that have survived the test of time make good quality things. Plumber's Mate does what you want it to and can seal many different surfaces though you must observe the instructions otherwise you can end up with it coming straight off and sticking everywhere but where you want it. Just play by the rules and it will stop your leaks and make life better for those who suffer from old pipes and the habit of springing leaks when you least need them. Read full review
Not good for fixing what I'd purchased it for
I needed it to fix leaks in my irrigation system. I followed the instructions really carefully, but it was very difficult to get it to adhere to the pipes even though I'd sanded them. I didn't find it an easy product to use because it's difficult to apply with gloves (as advised) and sticks to your fingers if you don't wear gloves. Even the smallest amount of moisture on the irrigation pipes stopped it 'sticking' to them, so I found it very difficult to get a bond. only 50% of the leaks were fixed, and I don't have enough product left to try and patch up the others. I will probably end up purchasing some more, but from a local hardwardware store to save postage charges. Do read other reviews though, as it may not have been designed for the use I've put it to.

Not quite what it says on the tin!
I was not impressed with the performance of this so called “ plumbers putty”. After reading the product feedback I recommended this putty to eliminate a radiator seam leak. In reality I found that the preparation of the putty was the only accurate advice available to me. Using the putty was not as described by the packaging information, I found that after 2 attempts to stop the leak I was still left with an annoying drip. In future I will replace the radiator rather than be left with a less than successful waste of time and money.Read full review

Does a great job!
Yeah, was skeptical at first, but I thought I would try it after watching youtube videos and stuff, I was pleasantly surprised that it did exactly what it said it would and cured my leaking radiator and also a small leak on my washing machine, so I would recommend this as a good repair alternative and save yourself a fortune from plumber bills. Good stuff and easy to mix and apply.Read full review
Quick, easy, effective repair.
Easy to use and sorts the emergency out temporarily whilst organising a plumber - especially at night! Keep one in stock for this purpose. Easy to use.

Useless
Sorry but this stuff is useless. Don't believe what you read on the pack. Knead the putty together until same colour and apply to literally any surface and it falls off... prepared sanded and gave the surface a key but still would not hold.
As for being ready in 10 minutes another joke.
Perhaps mine was a very out of date and dodgy batch but it was utterly useless in the two jobs I had planned.
Save your money and buy a better brand item. Read full review

Awesome stuff.
Just follow instructions to the letter. It works! I have used it several times and it lasts for years. When you can't solder (because of circumstances) this stuff is the way to go.

Quick leak repair putty
I had a small seeping leak on my hot water tank, I drained it down. Cut a piece of putty off, kneaded it for 2 min then put on tank over hole, as it set I pressed it down with a dampened putty knife. Perfect repair highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻Read full review

This small tube of epoxy resin was easy to use.
Had a cracked sink. Used just a little of the mixed resin and applied to crack. Within minutes repair completed. No more leaking sink.
Would recommend.
