Great and fast tool for digitizing old color photos

It scans 5x7 or 4x6 photos at about 1 sec at 300dpi and less than 3 secs at 600dpi which is what I used. I could easily stack 30 or so photos and feed them through and then continue the same batch with a new stack. I used photo enhancing function which for the photos I scanned, from the 90s, improved the jpg files a lot. Great tool for digitizing old photos that you have had in your drawers.Read full review

Great mid-priced photo scanner - EASY to set up and use

I am absolutely LOVING using this to scan hundreds and hundreds of photos. There is a lot of upfront work to get all the pics organized (somewhat) but that is to be expected. The resolution (I use the "middle" setting) is excellent and I have had some really great results with the "auto correct" feature on the Epson. That feature has hugely improved some of my old photos that were very dark and hard to see the faces of the subjects. It is EASY to set up and EASY to use. Would not recognized my 5g band of my multi band router. had to set computer to the normal band to be same as what scanner was seeing. But very happy so far.Read full review

Easy to set up. Does need to be cleaned more often than I expected to avoid streaks but I scanned 1,000 photos in just a few hours. Good quality.
