I take two a day - one in the morning and one when I get home. I ride a motorcycle all day every day. I also have a worn out left hip joint and am awaiting a replacement operation. These capsules are amazing - they ease the discomfort to the point that there is none at all mostly. Before taking them I used to be in a really painful/agonising situation.
