Nice Feature but Does Not Work.
I bought this feature as i liked the Easter Island theme.
It came very quickly and was easy to set up. But within an hour it had no water in it so i re filled it and same again.
I contacted Primrose who had 5 star customer service and sent me a replacement the following day.
I set this all up but the solar panel did not work
I contacted the customer service at Primrose again 100% customer satisfaction they sent me out a replacement panel.
Hey hoe we had a Easter Island Water Feature.
Just this last week iv noticed its been loosing water so i filled it up and guess what Within an hour it was empty.
I have looked through Primrose feedback and noticed a few customers with the same issue.
Because i like it i have contacted them to ask if i could line it with something to stop it leaking and i await their response.Read full review

Easter island solar water feature
Accurate description of functions. Light and fountain work great. Love it except for the incredibly plastic look. Pale/light grey rather than the pictures selling the product making it look dark and effective. Making it look v cheap. Roll on a bit of weathering! As I said, love it, bit of fun in the garden. Kids love it but wouldn't put this price tag on it at all.

Not a fountain
Absolutely loved this when I see it but when it arrived I was slightly disappointed... quite cheap looking considering the price and only works occasionally even though the solar panel is in full sunlight.. I kept it as I'd already set it all up and was too much hassle to send back wouldn't recommend if you want a fully functioning fountain.Read full review

Quality not as nice as photo
There was a problem from the start as in the photo's this looks like a bronze effect which looked nice but when it arrived it was a light grey cement colour and the solar panel was a third of the size. I sent it back and the replacement was the same so the second one was returned. I feel for the price, it is expensive and fairly cheap looking. I didn't try for 3rd time lucky and went for something completely different.Read full review

Cheap & nasty
From a distance it looks ok but up close, Well, there are so many holes in the rock facade it could be used as a soil riddle fortunately the water bowl is good, no leaks, in the picture of the advertisement the solar panel look to be at least three times as big as the one supplied however it does charge the batteries, the colour of the product in the advertisement looks nice, in real life, think of freshly mixed cement and you won't be too far from it's true colour so to sum up looks ok from a distance and works, high price tag for a cheaply made product.Read full review

Lovely water feature. The head was bigger than I thought it would be which is nice. Good flow of water and nice bright light. Dont think the lead is as long as advertised which is a shame as I wanted in the sun for as long as possible which meant it needs to be further away from the feature.Read full review
