Great for muscle cramps

I've tried zip fizz, Emergenc C electrolyte mix and Squncher electrolyte replacement drinks. This product is most effective for muscle cramps related to prolonged exercise. I run 90-120 minutes and leg cramps usually start after about 80-90 minutes of hard running. If I drink one of these before and after exercise, I don't have cramps.
