Except no substitutes
My gears started to get progressively stiff when cold and although I was told the transmission fluid was changed recently I guessed it wasn't with the right fluid. Sure enough after draining and refilling 'most' of the stiffness disappeared and I was no longer having to ram it into gear.

Totally changed my gearbox
Trafic had a recon box when I bought it but the gears were really stiff. Assumed it was just because of the new box. Changed the oil for this after 2000 miles and it's silky smooth like a new box should be. Would deffo recommend for TVP vans.Read full review
