Stihl Poly Cut Blades
I have tried the aftermarket blades but always end up going back to Genuine Stihl parts. These work good if you want something a little more stout than a string trimmer head . They wear fairly well but will wear or flatten the ends if you contact concrete . Use accordingly. I have had good luck using my trimmer and these blades as a sidewalk edger . Nice clean edge . Easy to install and replace if you have the correct torque head . Good product if they fit your application. Not for cutting trees and brush . Buy a blade trimmer if you want to do that. Best for high weeds.
Probably won't find many of these around because they were intended for older model brushcutters. (straight shaft) That said, I have found this to be the best solution for mowing higher weeds and thick grass. There are newer models available.Read full review
