This vac is light and easy to use. It enables the user to stand upright when using the extension tube which is great if you have back problems. Works seamlessly on hard and carpeted surfaces. Why didn't we purchase one a long time ago
This item has made something simple even easier. Until you have a cordless one you do not realise how much of a pain the cord is.
Easy to charge. Picks up as good as if not slightly better than my old corded Dyson and has never run out of battery or had loss of power in regular use.

Having tried numerous vacuum cleaners over the years I’d given up finding the right one, I was using a Gtech but due to health issues I was finding it very heavy. This Dyson is amazing, it’s so light so really easy to manoeuvre & the suction is perfect for my floors (all laminate). It was very easy to assemble plus it comes with additional tools.
