Surprised how efficient it is compared to previous model

Nippy little vacuum - so easy to use.
After years of having a heavy old upright Dyson this thing is amazing. It's so light it's a pleasure to use, has plenty of suction and the battery lasts really well - but I'm not one for vacuuming the whole house in one go so that could be tricky. Needs emptying a fair bit but that's no mither - really easy to do. All in all a great purchase - good extra tools with it too.Read full review

Disappointed
I am in two minds as to whether to return this gadget. I haven’t but I’m disappointed! Good points - it’s light and very manoeuvrable and the different parts are very easy to change. The battery seems to last long enough. But it gets so easily blocked with carpet fluff and then I have to pick and prod to get it all out. If there is a tiny block it doesn’t pick up anything - just spits it out. So frustrating. I would say don’t buy even allowing for the good points. I wish too it had a light. I swore I’d never buy another Dyson before this. I saw a friends massively expensive one and was impressed. I wish I hadn’t been! Read full review

Great cordless
Great suction, not too heavy, a good selection of tools, which are easy to clip on. I use it more than my “big” vacuum now. The battery life on normal power is around 30 mins, but in super mode, it’s about 15 max, but you’d be surprised how much cleaning you can do in 15 mins. Easy to empty and waste tank not a bad size.
One thing that could be improved on is you have to hold the on switch whilst using. If it had a “click it on, click it off” switch, I think it would be better, but it’s a minor issue.
Overall, the best cordless I’ve had (had 3 non-Dyson) and very impressed with its ability to remove pet hair from carpets and upholstery, the versatile range of tools that come with it and its ease of use. Read full review
