Just love this! Totally worth the price. So easy to grab and use for quick cleanups or even for regular use. Charge lasts about 30 minutes and works great! Incredible piece of machinery
HiI love Dyson products bought one the purple animal one in 2006 never had problem one with it and just passed it on to my daughter to buy this one..Assembly was easy and once fully charged about 5 1/2 hours your ready to get cleaning but better make it quick for it only lasts 30 minutes then you have to charge it again, but only annoying if you have large jobs that take longer..I have used this once since purchase and it has sucked up so much dirt I couldn't even see, i love this machine!!! It also being a handheld can bend it straight down to go straight under couches and tables and the brush head swivels for easy pick up of dirt in any direction..I did have to call Dyson's direct line to register my products warranty because it was not recognized online for some reason but they were extremely helpful and nice and got me fixed up..The unit does need to be ran on long extended run otherwise if used in max suction setting will cause unit to overheat and run out of battery power faster only giving a total of 5-7 min usage. Other than that it's a really, really great vacuum, especially for me cuz my place is all tile only have carpet in the 2 bedrooms.. Way to go Dyson I'm loving this one!!Read full review

My first Dyson and happy to have it!
I used one at my daughters house while babysitting. She has a newer model and bigger too.. This one is smaller than hers, but works just as well. I am happy with my purchase. Dyson designs are perfect
Light weight, works like it should, makes cleaning a snap. I actually use it almost every day and it only takes about 5 minutes to do a quick once over on my house. I really like this product. The only thing I would do differently is find a way to make the battery last longer at high power. It lasts 5 mins on high but 20 mins on regular, which is adequate 95% of the time anyway. When I bought this machine I had high hopes it would operate at the level of my floor model Dyson which was /is excellent as far as performance. I bought this model for its portability and use in difficult to vacuum areas ie. under beds and low lying furniture. It performed admirably but not for very long even though it was fully charged. Finally, I used it enough that dust container was at MAX and needed to be emptied. I have followed the instructions to the letter and yet two broken fingernails and injured fingers later I have not been able to empty the container!!!. This has not happened with any of the Dyson floor models I have used and the one I still use. Also, I went on line to see if there was anything that would point me in the right direction but found nothing. Right now I am Highly dissatisfied and want nothing more than to return it, full rubbish container and all.Read full review

The product is okay, but for the price should be better.
The product is okay, but for the price should be better. When emptying the vacuum, it very hard to get the dirt that drops out nicely into the garbage can, it goes all over the place(as least for me). Also there are blue lights that tell you whether the vacuum is charging, and the lights go off when fully charged. But if the charger is not plugged in or not working correctly, no lights appear, so unfortunately when the lights are off your not sure which situation you have. I've taken the vacuum cleaner off the charging plug twice now to see the lights off, but the vacuum go dead in less than a minute. I assume it was because the charger was not functioning correctly, because I put the vacuum on charge, waited an hour or so for it to charge up and it stays running for at least 10 minutes.Read full review
