I have left a review for a while so I could use this for a while which gets used every day, Took a chance and bought this hoover which stated it had a damaged box. delivery was very quick through Currys outlet the box looked like it had been drooped which was not a good start but when unpacked it was not damaged and had not been opened before. Very easy to put together and worked fine, There are a lot of accessories with this model which I had to find a home for as my other dyson 14 upright they all clip to the machine ( still working now living upstairs) This little machine has a lot of suction which I am pleased with and being smaller gets to places a lot easier I have two dogs that live in the house and it picks up all there hair without any trouble. the big thing that I find annoying is the electric cable that seems to thick and not at all flexible. The build quality is not as good as my old hoover and I will be surprised if it lasts as long (only time will tell)Read full review

Great suction
Bought this vacuum to replace my old DC04 which has lasted years and still in use. I needed a lighter weight machine, bought this version as it gives you lots of different tools to use for just a little extra (not sure I need them all, time will tell).
I like the fact the handle folds down making it easier to store. One disadvantage is once you remove the handle you cannot use it like the older machines like a suction wand. It completely comes off and you then have to fix on the extra tube and then the fitment long tube which then only uses the smaller tools. Not very handy when you only want to get crumbs from under the sofa, or just going round the edge of the rooms etc. they need to sort this problem out in newer models. When emptying the bin, fluff and dust still gets stuck and you have to manually remove it from inside the bin, messy.Read full review
