Maybe I got lucky
I, like everyone else was pretty nervous with it being this cheap. but it works perfect with very minimal signs of wear. I expected a lot worse and was very pleasantly surprised. I had to search hard for any signs that it wasn’t brand new. Even had that new fan smell. Thank you so much! Read full review

Good fan, no heat
It's a nice looking unit and the fan works well. But the heater will not work. It tripped the surge protector and when plugged directly into the wall it still won't work. What I needed was the heater since I have enough fans. Now I need to call Dyson and it's hard to make the time. I'm not sure buying this refurbished product was the right choice for me. Good but probably not worth the cost
Works as described. This item was refurbished and looked fairly new, had some minor dirt and scratches. Bought it with a Citibank card so I should have a 2 year warranty. Still have some regret over spending $200 on a fan. Will see how well heater works in the winter. Can’t judge air cleansing capability since it’s near an open door for the summer. Read full review

Well worth the sale price!
I love this product - it keeps the air flowing in my small apartment. The fan doesn't keep me awake or anything, but it is louder than I expected. Consider it white noise!

Not worth the refurbished price.
It heats well but you can get this from any mid size space heater that is less than a third of the refurbished price. It does not clean the air well compared to the Rabbit Air that I own. Unit is very loud even at low sittings. It is super loud at high settings. If you have $ to burn and don't care about the price, go for it but if you are looking for a functional heater, buy something else. Read full review

Disapointing
The fan is a little too loud to use in a quiet environment like a bedroom and the whole unit doesn’t feel like it is pushing a lot of heat, i couldn’t find the amperage of the heating element anywhere on the machine but definitely not enough for a 400 square foot room. I used Vornado heaters for a few years and I really though I was upgrading by switching to Dyson. Good thing we bought this unit at a reduced refurbished price because new at $500 would not cut it.Read full review
