A real power house and easy to use.
This product surpassed my expectations by far. Although it is a refurbished model it looks and works like new. I would recommend this item to anyone.

Got 2nd refurb. Why Buy New!!
Why buy new.. Second refurb, last, lasted 13 years just over. Only failed because of my stupid use.
Bought this and notices a huge difference.
Pro's
Easy to use
Empty
Longer hose (dont need to carry up stairs)
Side ventilation moves dust etc into path of suction.
I even like the colours.
Con's
Existing extras I bought do not fit this machine
It is a corded upright, so is heavier than others on market (this was known)
Happy hoovering.Read full review

Fab on Dog Hair
Had been using a Dyson DC04 for many years and then we got a dog who sheds loads of short white hairs and the poor old DC04 just couldn't cope with all the hair, so i decided to give the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal a go.
Well it is FANTASTIC at picking up all the really short dog hairs and the suction is so strong it bought up the pile on some on my older carpets.
It was also very good on non carpeted areas too and getting pet hair off from the sofa and chairs.
The only draw back is that it is a quite heavy piece of equipment as are all Dysons uprights.
I would HIGHLY recommend this version to any PET owners out there.Read full review

Let Down By Poor Product Design
Let's start with the good - This vacuum will clean your carpets to a very high standard, with good suction. It will also clean your hardwood floors if you turn the brush bar off & adjust the slider on the base plate. From a cleaning viewpoint - it works.
The bad - It is almost impossible to manoeuvre to a right angle, or turn to a sharp corner, you have to lift the device and re position it.
It's heavy and awkward - Although it weighs a similar amount to my previous DC07 - it centres all the weight on a very small contact patch making this machine difficult to operate - unless you have nice long straight runs. (I'm physically a strong male)
The handle is lightweight & very flimsy, it pops out of the machine when you don't want it to. - it is a terrible design and not built to withstand the rigours of daily cleaning. I cannot believe the poor design here.
When you empty the machine you have to put your hand inside the canister to remove the debris. Seriously - how did this pass product design? (Empty it on a windy day and see how much ends up on, and not in your refuse bin!)
The on-board tool holder is a joke - give it a slightest knock & the tools end up on the floor
And finally, this machine DOES have a filter - Dyson have not been completely honest with us. The filter is located inside the ball by the motor, to be changed by a service engineer or competent DIY person. It will need changing every 6 months if you are to maintain optimum cleaning efficiency. (Approx £30 for a Dyson original !!)
In summary, I understand Dyson were faced with a EU directive that limited the size of the motor and hence a new style of vacuum cleaner was designed. The new design is sadly let down by flimsy poor materials with little or no consideration for "Real World, Real Life Cleaning Environments"

The animal
Having managed to break the Purple monster I needed a new vacuum, I did some research and choose this model. It takes a bit of time to adjust to the ball, cornering was interesting to begin with. I is hard to push on deep pile carpets but does it clean! It is heavy, not too bad to empty, the head is more compact than the previous model so it fits into the storeage space easily. I can forgive it's faults because of the quality of the cleaning. Read full review

Dyson cinetic big ball
It’s the first time I’ve owned a dyson, I never liked the price tag on them. I saw the refurbished one and thought I get one. I received it today it took me five minutes to put it together and boy does it work, it’s bloody fantastic, it does say its refurbished but looks brand new to me!

Dyson dc75
2nd one of these I have bought. Very powerful. The downside is when emptying I always have to end up putting my hand in to empty completely but would still buy again because of its power and brilliant suction.Read full review

Heavyweight vacuum cleaner
As we are oap`s the item is very heavy to use. The attachments are awkward to attach on and off the machine. It is too large and clumbersome for small rooms, and too powerful for small mats even using the reduced power.Read full review
Perfect product
This is the second dyson I’ve owned the first was years ago but this one is by far the best vacuum cleaner I’ve owned . I would highly recommend it and the price is just the icing on the cake
