Great compared to my daughters previous cleaner
Bought this cleaner as a present for my daughter. I own a DC24 and rate it highly which is why I bought this for my daughter. My DC24 sweeper brush has had to be replaced twice so I believe it is a weak point in the Dyson cleaners and therefor essential to have the 5 year guarantee. Although I have said it is reliable it is too early to say so as it is only a few weeks since the cleaner was purchased. Please ask me about it in 3 years time. I do think it is essential to have a spare set of filters available so that they can be exchanged and serviced on a regular basis not when it appears they need servicing. My daughter is amazed how easy it is to use compared to her previous cleaner and how efficient it is. Over all a very good present.Read full review
