Much better than my Miele

Bought this after trying out my son's upright Dyson. It was so much better than my current Miele vacuum cleaner that I had to have one for myself. Picks up much more dust and dog hair than my old machine. Emptying - though not a major problem, can be a bit of a messy business if lots of dog hair is in the drum as you really need to reach in an drag it out. Great Vaccuum

This vacuum cleaner has really good suction, moves easily between carpets and wooden/tiled floors. Easy to manouver even though it can be a little heavy on your wrists. I would buy another one.

Dyson dc40 animal

This hover is the best, you can tell the difference from other hovers straight away. The carpet look's like new. On a normal hover you hover up and you think that's the cleanness you are going to get it. Then you put this Dyson hover over the same place and then you see a complete difference. You see as much more dirt in the Dyson hover as you already hovered up from a normal hover. When I brought it I had a bit of a doubt that it would be flimsy very poorly made. But it is a very good quality and not flimsy at all. I would highly recommended this Dyson to any one and now I have definitely converted to a Dyson products. Try one you will not be this a pointed. Not cheap but amazing

I am both amazed and embarrassed by home much stuff this vacuum cleaner got out of my carpets!!

Basically it is a piece of trash. I know I bought a reconditioned Dyson but at least I expected it to work and be fit for purpose.
It was shabby to begin with. No basic instructions at all. It does not pick up at all and the engine frequently cuts out.
