Great Value....and my word we go through a few of these

In our household, we go through a considerable number of AA and AAA batteries (and a fair few MN1604s - standard 9v). As a consequence, I tend to buy them in batches.....

These Batteries are good quality Alkaline type and have a good lifespan.

Would definitely recommend for most household use - not invincible, but certainly better than Zinc-Carbon and indeed several other Alkaline batteries that I have purchased.

As a tech head, I could give voltage and current discharge rates.....almost certainly a bit pointless here!!!!

Worth a try

Personally I have never seen this model of 'Duracell' however I was not put off purchasing them.
They arrived loose in a card envelope, so loose the terminals could easy touch and drain or short out the batteries. Not a great start. I have put 2 into my central heating timer. This is a very low load so I would expect them to last 6 month at least. As there was no packaging I can not be 100% sure if they are the real deal? As far as them working as batteries the 2 I have used are doing the job. Worth a try for the cost.Read full review

I did a little search regarding the claim upon the name of Duracell, and find that Procell is made by a reputable company. I don't personally agree with showing pictures of Duracell batteries when you receive a totally differently branded item. I can see that this is to show the link between the old name of Duracell Industrial and the new name of Procell, and hope that in future the pictures used will be unnecessary. I trust that the product will speak for itself.
I purchased 20 of the cells, and whilst plastic wrapped and unboxed, I have not had any complaints so far. Sold at a very sensible price, and with a UK based website, I expect that this company will become my preferred brand in the future.

You can't fault the value or the power!!

Like many households, we use a lot of batteries in a lot of different devices!!!
Many devices now require quite high current delivery (Try putting old zinc carbon batteries into your camcorder and see how long it lasts!!!), These batteries deliver high current for a reasonable sustainable time at a good price. Good batteries

Have returned to using this brand of battery after trying another brand on ebay, this brand is by far the best, they are mainly used by my grandson in game controllers and these batteries last longest.
Normally they are dispatched in boxes as shown in listing , however these were sent loose in a flat box, that said they are a good buy for the price.Read full review

Seem like a better quality than the Duracell Procell they replace

After suffering several leakage problems from 'Duracell Procell' cells, both AA and AAA, I was near making the decision to use almost any other known manufacturers cells. Perhaps other users had experienced the same trouble? I am unable to confirm or deny, That was however my personal experience.
Before ditching the use of Duracell entirely, products that I had previously used happily for years, I decided to try the Duracell replacement ...'The Industrial'.
The replacement product certainly appears to be free of the rather too common leakage problem of the Procell. Battery life seems competitive, when judged against other known similar products. Most importantly to me, I have not suffered any further leakage problems since I started using them.
Duracell with their replacement have [without further long term experience] seemingly come up with a good product, more in keeping with their perhaps better known 'domestic' ranges. As things stand I shall continue to use them for the majority of my AA and AAA cell needs.Read full review

Best battery cells by far

These are what Duracell used to call Procell batteries, and when I first tried them about previously, I didn't really notice any difference in battery life. All I noticed was how much cheaper it was to buy a pack of 10 Procells in comparison to a pack of 8 standard batteries from the same manufacturer.

These days, it seems as though the battery life is marginally longer, but they are still by far the best option in terms of value for money. You couldn't go into your local High Street shop and buy 20 Duracells for this price.

I generally use rechargeable batteries in devices where the batteries would otherwise need changing frequently. But these Industrial batteries are fantastic for everything else, like remote controls, clocks, LED pocket torches, and even Oculus Touch controllers.
