Cool and short
During operation our previous charger sometimes became so hot that I had to switch it off before the charge was complete, which is why I decided to buy the Duracell. Its a simple looking, lightweight device which is easy to use, takes less than two hours to charge 4 NiMh batteries and there’s no excessive heat. Sometimes I need to jiggle the batteries around a bit before the terminals connect properly and the charging light comes on, but that’s a minor issue. Recommended.Read full review

Poor for Durcell:
I thought this was going to be a fantastic piece of kit, especially when the batteries were charged in less than two hours. My old Duracell rechargeable batteries would take at least 300 pictures. These ones don't even manage 60! Very disappointing.Read full review
