Amazing stuff.

Used this in my Barn conversion which had no damp proofing but the planners made us keep the existing structure.
Simple to install although it took some time and several drill bits to drill 12mm holes every 120mm all around the perimeter of the Barn.
Within a few days of putting the rods in you could see the damp proofing impregnating the surrounding brickwork.
