Amazing

This works so well. The timer lets you start the heat and then not worry about leaving it on. Full loads of washing dry by morning so the airier doesn't have to stay out as a feature in the room. Get one!Read full review

Well made, for modern standards, but full price is probably a little expensive for the components used.

The product does what it claims. Washing only dries quickly if it is all in contact with the heating elements but will dry in a day if hung from the rungs. It is well made, for modern standards, and has made my life a lot easier on wet days. The cable could do with being a metre longer to avoid having to use an extension lead or having the flex taut and tripping over it.
I paid around half price for a refurbished one, and was happy with that, but I don't think I would pay the full price unless I knew it would last for a very long time. Having said that, it is probably a lot cheaper to buy and run than a tumble drier.Read full review

Airer works very well for me

Drys two large wash loads and my very thick karate suit in a day. Turn off in so may hours feature very useful. I haven't found a use for the turn on in so may hours feature! Folds nice and flat for storage, complete with plug holder. Only downside I can see is potentially breakable plastic fittings if boisterous children or even adults fell into it. Let it rain

I bought this product because so many of my clothes are either ‘do not tumble dry’ or shrink in the dryer and I hate seeing clothes on radiators. This dryer solves the problem. There is some condensation when drying but it isn’t a problem if you can open a nearby window. I also bought the cover which I thought was quite expensive but pleased I did because it does keep the heat in. I bought a refurbished dryer and found two of the bars had a slight bend but it’s not a problem, it works great. Easy to erect and store away. Overall, I’d hate to be without my dryer now.Read full review

Lightweight.

I think this will break really easily unless handled with great care. The plastic fittings for the shelves take a beating when setting it up.
I also had to go online to see if I could work out the timer system but I am still in the dark. It does do the job however so not all bad. Within four hours I have dry bedding which is fantastic but heavier clothing like denim I leave on overnight. 6p an hour is a lot better than using a dryer.Read full review

Lakeland Dry-Soon Deluxe 3 Tiered Airer

Having bought a refurbished grade B airer for half the price off Lakeland eBay I was pleasantly surprised at its new condition on arrival however once locked in place I was a little disappointed with it's stability as it rocks slightly from side to side and therefore really needs it's casters for maneuverability included in the price, I was also disappointed with the length of the power lead it's far too short, having said that with an extension lead added and taken care when loading washing on it does exactly what it's supposed to do, quality's good just needs strengthening somewhat and a longer lead overall for the price I paid I'm happy 😊Read full review

Best ever airer.

This was recommended by another happy customer. So reading up on it, as you do, it seemed the best solution to an ever ending problem of shrunken laundry in the tumble dryer. It was on my doorstep well in time for its first use. Simple and quick to assemble fully, half open or leave flat so no worries about space. As usual I was out when it rained so my first use was the some dry and some wet laundry. Just perfect

Wish I’d bought one sooner and so glad I took the chance on this graded version. No way of telling its not brand new. Holds so much more than what we were using and the bars are thicker reducing the annoying lines on clothes.
Only niggle is the power cable is too short, but that’s only because the socket it’s plugged into is chest height. Still not a problem though. Read full review
