Best Probiotic on the Market - My Opinnion

I have tried several different probiotics over the past ten years. The majority of them do NOTHING. Dr. Ohhira's probiotics are the only ones that actually work for me.
I am allergic to several different foods. If I eat one of them (in advertently as the ingredients in so many products is extensive) I get the sensation of bugs crawling on my skin (as well as other symptoms). Great Product

Capsules are easy to swallow because they are small and softgels. It is a great probiatic.

This is an excellent product! I like that within each capsule there is enough food to keep the "little critters" alive so they can be effective!

Also love that keeping them alive this way means they don't need refrigeration. Great for traveling!
