Beautiful Watch, but Faulty Pin

I love this watch, but one of the pins fell out before my husband could wear it once. We took it to a watch repairman here in Toronto, but he didn't have the right size pin because it's so large. We are going to order one online, I think. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a pain, and will probably have to pay someone to put it in, so a bit more money.
