perfect caravan cover at a great price
brought for my Lunar Venus 570 as I wanted protection and also to keep the front clean when towing. found the cover very easy to fit with a little help, it is a 2man or man & wife job. but when on it fitted perfectly, covering my caravan from the towing frame to above the window, wrapping around the edges from awning rail to awning rail with no gaps, this is a universal cover but if custom made I doubt if it would have fitted better, the straps are longer than needed so tucked them into the buckles, I read reviews about this cover before I brought it, well made, good fit, good value, well on my Lunar Venus it's perfect, Read full review...

Far from a budget protector but at a very good budget price.
This is an excellent towing protector, great quality at a very low price.
It is easy to fit and once on sits in exactly the same place until taken off, with no slipping, even after 150 Miles of towing. My caravan is 7'3" wide and the straps easily adjust to suit this but this does mean there is a lot of strap to flap about when on the move. They have to be folded in a couple of times to prevent this but this could be remedied by having a Velcro fixing on the end of the strap and a strip on the cover to receive it. A 'deluxe' version perhaps?
I wouldn't normally bother with a towing cover but having just bought a new caravan, want to keep it in great condition for as long as possible. These covers look after the front and especially the larger (and expensive) front windows. They also stop all the road muck, bugs and debris and keep the front nice and clean.
Compared to the other 'fitted' ones on the market why pay through the nose when you could have this one, manufactured from the same material, at around 75% less cost!Read full review...

Excellent front towing cover
We did a lot of research on the internet for a front towing cover when we changed our caravan in April 2018 to a Lunar Clubman SR 2017. I also spoke to a caravaner at work. They had purchased a front towing cover for £199 and thought we’d be wasting our money buying this Defender.
In the end we decided to go for the Defender after all our research. Sometimes buying something cheaper can be a false economy but not with this front towing cover. The quality of the material is very good. It comes with areas where there are lights and you would just need to add some batteries to if you were intending to drive at night or in fog etc. Some of the more expensive covers allow you access to the main cabinet but with this one you have undo part of the cover which is no hardship whatsoever. All-in-all we are very happy with our purchase and would certainly recommend this front towing cover. Yes it may be a considerable difference in cost to other covers but it is certainly up to the job and certainly a very good purchase for us.

We like it a lot....
Pleasantly surprised with the product. It is very light which is a bonus when on the move as it actually forms itself around windows, grab handles and front locker which indicates no movement in use. No obvious detrimental marks on anything. If I was to be fussy I would like it to be a little wider (only a couple of centimetres) to sit comfortably on the curves of our Elddis Affinity BUT, no 2 caravan makes are the same and we don't want to go down the made to measure route. This is, in our opinion, an absolute bargain when put alongside the well known / publicised covers costing hundreds of pounds more. You do get more than you pay for. A few minutes getting to grips with the tapes is worth it. As the instructions say, there is no need to overtighten the straps. We like it a lot. Read full review...

Does Everything I Want and Good Value!!
It’s perfect. It looks good and above all it protects the front of my caravan from stone chips and dirt. It doesn’t have a zip for the front locker box but it’s probably easier and quicker to unclip/re-clip the bottom five straps than it would be to zip/unzip, add to that zips are notorious for failing. Once tightened, there is nowhere provided to tidy the excess strap but it can be looped and tucked behind the buckle clip to stop it from flapping against the side of the caravan. Can only rate it on initial Impressions but it seems really good. Nice thick fabric with a feel of good quality. We've fitted it once and it went on easily. We have a swift challenger and it pretty much covered the whole front. I've seem many more covers for much more money and they certainly don't look that much better to warrant the extra cost.

Defender Universal Caravan Cover
